Created: 26/02/2010
"Personalisation" of public services (giving people the choice, responsibility and control of the services that they use) is increasing in the UK with more local authorities looking at this new model of delivery. To find out more about this issue here are links to two articles which explain what it is, the challenges and issues and how it might shape public service delivery in the future. http://www.adviceuk.org.uk/_uploads/documents/Personalisationbriefing.pdf http://www.acevo.org.uk/Page.aspx?pid=1541
